The father of two Boston bombing suspects says his sons were framed. Anzor Tsarnaev called the officers who killed suspected bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev during an overnight shootout "cowards." Despite the claims of their innocence, the father urged 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to turn himself in to authorities. All of Boston remains on edge as law enforcement comb through neighborhoods in their search for Dzhokhar.
Police believe the brothers are responsible for planting the bombs that tore through crowds at the Boston Marathon, killing at least three people and injuring more than 170.
